is too binary, lacking more nuances.

take out, just adding. Cautious about adding too much making it is less open in

It should be signed by all residencies,
Binary of residencies, proposition – making only one group.
Transparency, updates, information, needs, precision showing the needs, numbers
with the residents.
Dynamic-Document-Democratic that can be sign by everyone who comes to the
MM (you have to agree/sign with before coming)
Malcolm, actual charte made for the commune, who is living who is not, who pays
the nights tax etc, who brings their papers.
Martinha, no issue with anything, there is only things to add to the statues and the
charte,
