We are the caretakers already). In other words, with this New Deal we are basically given the opportunity to gain back the rent increase by acting as preferential partners for house renovations. The owners make sure their building is renovated in the approriate manner too. We have agreed to try a round of this New Deal out, and will see whether we can afford it on the longer term until we buy house. Therefore we must come up with appr. 1200.- worth of renovations to cover the rent increase for the next two months. C will produce a list of potential renovations for decision making asap. We must make an estimation in terms of hourly work + extra material cost for each renovation project – have the owners confirm it – execute the renovation.
