how do we deal with this expense?

Malcolm: Detergents are also for the use of temporary residence.
Do we make 2 separate budgets?
Detergent part of the charge of the whole building? with heating and electricity. Would be paid by the association account. Each person can decide how much they put in depends on their consumption.

Pedro: aware of what we are using, and in the terms of gift economy, each people decide if they put money or not. I like to take more responsibility in small things.

Malcolm: We never came to the point where it was really used.
It is still mentionned here, its part of the boards organisation.

The idea is that we use the click up, because it does the following up for us, convenient… But we need to drag away from a system where each one has a their own office.

every weekly meeting, we use the click up as a task feeding thing, and we dispatch the tasks on the week. 
and we have the people project in charge who can do more click up maintenance during the week.
