FUNDRAISING ACQUISITION:
  • Malcolm is waiting for some answers of the notar
  • Has contacted Loic et Luca Jeannerat
  • Let’s find people that have the competences to organize/prepare/lead the big renovation works! → Loic and Luca Jeannerat, Virgile, Justine, Nicolas Strambi, etc… Organize a meeting with them to see who and what and how.

  • Do we know someone that already made autoconstructions?
  • After we have the competent team, we need to organize workpower → doodle for all members of the association and more. for some work over the summer.

  • Malcolm thinks we should launch Sebasol training. That would cost a few thousands, and we should take them from the weleda account. That money is part of the big buying budget. Decision not taken → to be talked next weeks


  • Project has to be real and realistic for the bank. If it’s not realistic to do the works this summer we should do them later on.
