COMITEAMS/COMISSIONS


Politburo proposes to mention every commission in every meeting.
Commissions get forgotten very quickly, and we should find a way to keep those topics active in the house.
Politburo proposes to do a « commissions round » like the feeling round.


Fear of this taking too much time.
—> If a commission needs a discussion with the committee, this should be part of the tracktanda and the discussion should not take place during the commission round.


The moderator goes through all the commissions, after the feeling round.

STRAMBINI BRIEFING


Claire and Malcolm had a meeting with them.


They have a new deal with the bank so they pay less —> we have a 100.- discount on the rent.
Our debt to them is now 1600.-
We can then refund the debt over the next months by paying 3200.- (until September)
If someone disagree, please communicate it in a committee session or to the politburo 🙂


The dad is impatient, wanna get rid of the house.
—> we have until June to get the money, until September to make all the papers to buy.
It’s a final deadline.



1st priority: finish the dossier! Make a deadline for that.
Other tasks -> renovation projects, notaire, etc…


Commissions about Acquisition of the building have to make a list of tasks/deadlines and bring them to the committee next week so we can share them.

MONEY ISSUE


Few precisions about how we deal internally with money. 


When we are a shortage situation (for example buying the heating oil), everyone sometimes gives « extra » money. Need clarification on wether it’s a real extra or is an advanced will be discounted on the next months.


General way of making the thing more transparent and open.


Viki proposes to make a feeling round about money.


Polibure/finance commission should prepare this topic for next reunion.
